CA Chandrakant Ghevade is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with an additional engineering qualification in Computer Science, and holds the Post Qualification Certification in Information Systems Audit (DISA) and in Valuation. 

CA Vishal Kumbhar is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, has completed post-graduation in Investment Banking from the Indian Institute of Management–Indore, and holds a post-qualification certification in SME Startups.
